Hi We're Dwayne & Aubrey.
We're so happy you're here! Each week at Dwell Well Family we share about life on our little homestead, parenting our team of three little ones, living simply, and rediscovering the lost art of making things ourselves.

Meet the Dwell Well Family
The homestead and Dwell Well Family were birthed from our desire to do family and life differently. The fast-paced, individual-focused family life of today leaves most of us feeling disconnected from loved ones, uprooted from a common mission, and wondering where all the years of our lives went.
We wanted something different, and we're willing to bet you do too.
Together, let's rest from the modern rat race and return, by grace, to the tried and trued ways. Let's discover what it means to dwell well in the one life we've been given.
In our family this looks like homesteading, setting intentional family rhythms, charlotte mason style homeschooling, and working to create beauty with our hands. But whatever dwelling well means for you and your family, we're hopeful you'll find something to guide you here.
Each week we share new blogs and videos. Subscribe to our mailing list and never miss your weekly inspiration to do family differently.

A Few Fun Facts About Us:
We met in college at the University of Arkansas. Dwayne was a high jumper from Oklahoma and Aubrey was a swimmer from Indiana. Our dorms were across the courtyard from each other--we actually met the very first day of move-in.
We've been married since 2012 and have three beautiful kiddos, two boys and a girl, and we're not opposed to having more, but if you'd asked us when our first was a toddler, we might have answered differently 😉
We live in the great state of Oklahoma, in Dwayne's hometown (which he lovingly refers to as God's Country).
By day Dwayne is a Sports Chiropractor and Aubrey is a Jacky of all trades: Homemaker, Homeschooler, Blogger, and Registered Dietitian / Co-Owner of Joyfulhealth Co.
We love what we do as a chiropractor and a dietitian. Out heart is to impact the health of our communities at the deepest level.
We believe health is about having the energy, clarity of mind, and physical function/ability to live out our purpose with joy. Resting in grace, putting down roots in family and community, practicing simple living habits, and participating with the many blessings of being in and stewarding nature--in our experience, these are ingredients of a healthy life.
So welcome! We're glad you're here! We hope you'll find something to help you dwell well in the one life you've been given!
